A: You can request removal from all platforms. Downloads you’ve already sold remain with customers.

Q: How do you track fan locations?
A: We use anonymized data from streaming, purchases, and battle participation to map your fanbase.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: Payments are processed weekly for balances over $10. Smaller amounts accumulate until the threshold is met.
Q: What’s the revenue split?
A: You keep 96% of net revenue after our 4% platform fee. No upfront costs or monthly fees.
Q: How does battle discovery attribution work?
A: If someone buys your music within 7 days of hearing it in a battle, the battle creator earns discovery points.
Data Ownership & Export
Q: Do I own my data on PLEK?
A: YES. You own 100% of your music, content, and data. PLEK claims no ownership rights to your creative works or analytics data.
Q: Can I export my data?
A: Absolutely. You can export ALL your data at any time, including music files, fan analytics, revenue data, and account information in standard formats.
Q: What happens to my data if PLEK is sold or merges?
A: Your data ownership rights are non-transferable and remain with you. We guarantee 90 days notice and full data export capability during any business transition.
Q: Can PLEK use my music to train AI?
A: No. We will never use your content for AI training or machine learning without your explicit written consent.

Q: How do I get a PLEK debit card?
A: Complete artist verification and request a card through your dashboard. Virtual cards are instant; physical cards take 7-10 business days.
Q: Are there fees for the debit card?
A: No monthly fees. Physical card shipping costs $5. Standard ATM and international transaction fees may apply.
Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Immediately freeze your card through the app and contact support for a replacement.
Q: How do spending limits work?
A: Your card spending limit matches your PLEK account balance. You can set additional daily/monthly limits for security.
Music Battles
Q: How do music battles work?
A: Artists create battles with 5 or 10 songs. Community members vote on matchups. Winners are determined by vote count.
Q: Can I battle with any music?
A: Only music you own or have proper rights to use. Copyright violations result in account penalties.
Q: How are battle points calculated?
A: Points awarded for battle wins, creating popular battles, and generating music discoveries through battles.

A: Yes, you can send direct challenges or create open battles for anyone to join.

A: Ensure you’ve granted music library permissions in your device settings. Try logging out and back in.
