- Perpetual right to export ALL your data at any time in standard formats

- Guaranteed data portability during any business transitions, mergers, or acquisitions

- Right to remove your data completely from our systems upon account deletion

- No licensing or assignment of your data rights to PLEK or third parties

Data Export Rights

You have the absolute right to export your complete data at any time, including:

- All music files in original uploaded formats

- Complete fan analytics and geographic data

- Financial transaction history and revenue data

- Account information and communication history

- Battle history and engagement metrics

In the event of any business merger, acquisition, or sale, your data export rights remain fully protected and transferable. We will provide 90 days advance notice of any business transition and guarantee your ability to export all data during this period.
